Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Mini Yogi Tails website and participation in any Mini Yogi Tails puppy yoga classes or related services. By accessing our website, making a booking, or attending a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or attend our classes.

1. About Us

Mini Yogi Tails provides puppy yoga and wellbeing experiences. Our website is used to provide information about our services and to accept bookings for classes.

References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Mini Yogi Tails. References to “you” refer to the website user or class participant.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the site.

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time without notice.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in advance by Mini Yogi Tails.

  • Any cancellation or refund policy will be clearly stated at the point of booking and forms part of these Terms.

4. Health, Fitness, and Personal Responsibility

Puppy yoga involves gentle physical movement and interaction with animals.

By booking and attending a class, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to take part in gentle yoga

  • You will only perform movements that feel comfortable for your body

  • You accept full responsibility for listening to your body and not pushing beyond your limits

Mini Yogi Tails does not provide medical advice. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, you should consult a healthcare professional before attending.

5. Allergies and Suitability

You must not attend a Mini Yogi Tails class if you have known allergies to dogs or other animals.

Mini Yogi Tails accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions where participants have failed to disclose or heed this guidance.

6. Studio Rules and Hygiene

For the safety and wellbeing of both participants and puppies, the following rules apply:

  • You will be greeted by a member of the Mini Yogi Tails team on arrival and shown where to leave coats, shoes, and belongings

  • A strict no footwear policy applies in all studios

  • Phones may be brought into the studio for photos

  • You will be provided with a Polaroid photograph to take home

  • You must wash your hands before entering the studio and may be asked to use hand sanitiser

  • No food or drinks are permitted in the studio

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the session without refund.

7. Clothing and Personal Items

  • Please avoid wearing clothing that has been in direct contact with pets at home

  • Do not wear expensive or delicate clothing, as puppies may nibble, scratch, or have accidents

  • Mini Yogi Tails accepts no liability for damage, staining, or wear to clothing or personal belongings

8. Puppies, Welfare, and Behaviour Expectations

The care and wellbeing of our puppies is our highest priority.

By attending a class, you agree to the following:

  • Under no circumstances may you bring your own pets

  • All puppies are vaccinated but must not mix with other animals

  • Puppies will be free to wander during the class

  • You must not leave your mat to approach puppies

  • Only interact with puppies if they willingly come to you

  • Puppies may only be picked up while you are seated

  • Never stand while holding a puppy

  • Handle puppies gently and with extreme care at all times

  • A handling demonstration will be given at the start of each class and must be followed

Any failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the class.

9. Puppy Rest and Sleep

  • Puppies need frequent rest and sleep

  • Pens and dog beds will be provided

  • Puppies must not be disturbed while sleeping

  • If a puppy falls asleep on your mat and you wish to continue practising yoga, notify a team member and they will gently move the puppy

10. Yoga Practice

  • Classes include a gentle yoga flow of approximately 30 minutes

  • Enter and exit all poses slowly

  • Be mindful of puppies on or near your mat

  • Only perform movements that feel safe for your body

Mini Yogi Tails is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow guidance.

11. Accidents, Injuries, and Risk Acceptance

  • Puppies are not toilet trained and accidents may occur

  • Staff will clean accidents promptly using dog-safe products

  • You must inform staff if you notice an unaddressed accident

  • Puppies may scratch or nip unintentionally

By attending, you acknowledge and accept:

  • The risk of minor scratches, nips, or injuries

  • Full responsibility for slips, trips, or falls on or around your mat

  • Responsibility for any aches or pains resulting from yoga practice

Mini Yogi Tails accepts no liability for harm caused by puppies, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Photography and Video

Photographs and videos may be taken during classes for promotional and social media purposes.

By attending, you consent to this.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must inform a member of the team before the class begins.

13. Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk

By booking and attending a Mini Yogi Tails class, you confirm that:

  • You understand and accept the potential risks involved

  • You will only interact with puppies if they approach you

  • You accept full liability for damage to clothing

  • You accept full responsibility for your own physical wellbeing

  • You understand the focus of the class is mental wellbeing, relaxation, and enjoyment

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Mini Yogi Tails shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in classes

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Mini Yogi Tails and may not be used without permission.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
