Cancellation Policy

At Mini Yogi Tails, each puppy yoga session is carefully planned in advance to ensure the wellbeing of our puppies and the best possible experience for our customers. For this reason, our refund and transfer policy is as follows. Once a booking has been made, refunds are not available for any Mini Yogi Tails classes. This includes, but is not limited to: - Changes in personal circumstances - Failure to attend a booked session - Late arrival or early departure Ticket Transfers At the discretion of Mini Yogi Tails, we may allow a booked ticket to be transferred to a friend. - Ticket transfers must be requested in advance - Transfers are subject to suitability and class requirements - We reserve the right to refuse a transfer request Date and Time Changes Due to the way our puppy yoga classes are planned and structured, it is not possible to change class dates or times once a booking has been made, even in the event of cancellation by the customer. Please ensure you are able to attend your chosen session before booking.
